Coordinated by UNESCO Iraq Office in consultation with Iraqi education authorities and stakeholders, as well as UNESCO and other agencies, the IBE, as UNESCO’s Institute specialized in education content, methods and structures, is participating as implementing partner. This project forms part of the ongoing commitment to enhance and improve the overall quality of the education and learning sytsem in Iraq.

The concept note and agenda for the conference can be found on the IBE website – see Community of Practice. This is one worth watching as there are some really interesting details in the concept which we can learn from. This project addresses systemic issues too, from the schools infrastructure to developing the professional community. I’ll keep you updated on any interesting developments…
